Ingredients: A saponified blend of Coconut Oil, Canola Oil, Soybean Oil, Organic Shea Butter, Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Olive Pomace Oil, Sunflower Oil, goat's milk, ground oatmeal, Jewelweed, fragrance.

Each bar weighs between 4 and 5 ounces.
